When mentioning the details of other services in the tender documents, the following should be disclosed as required:-
(a) Purpose and Scope of Service,
(b) Expected Performance, Work and Services to be Provided by the Service Provider
(c) Descriptive booklet or sample to be furnished by the bidder with the bid,
(d) Conditions to be complied with by the Service Provider,
(e) Basis and manner of evaluation of services provided by the service provider,
(f) quality testing and inspection of work or services,
(g) Description of Performance and Quality Assurance,
(h) the type and extent of training and supervision to be provided by the service provider,
(i) Other necessary matters determined by the local body.
